Raw Rations is a multi-facet business that offers a unique delivery service to 64 locations throughout Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Michigan. Our trucks run on Saturdays and Sundays with designated delivery locations and time windows.

How Does It Work?

1. Shop Our Inventory Online
You can order anything dry or frozen on our website to pick up on our delivery route, besides Ruff Land Kennels
2. Select a Pickup Location Closest to You.
We drop monthly at a designated public parking lot of a business at a specific date and time window.
3. Meet us at the Truck to Pick Up Your Order
Our delivery service is $7-$15, no matter what you order! We'll even load your order in your car for you!

Day Of My Delivery

Arrive at the beginning of your delivery window
We do not wait for late arrivals so please be sure to be on time.

Park away from the business
Our trucks always park at the end of the parking lot, away from the business. Please don't enter the business looking for us as we are only using the parking lot.

If you forgot to get your order and it's right away you can meet the truck at a later stop on the same route if that's an option for you. You can also pick up your order in our Sauk location, have your order shipped (at your expense), or we will hold your order over until the following month. Please note, if you are a no-show 2 months in a row your order will be cancelled and refunded, minus the delivery and restocking fee.

My Order

Place your order the Wednesday before your delivery by Midnight
We pack orders on Thursday and Friday the week of the delivery so being prompt is important. We CAN accept late orders on Thursday but not on Friday. You can place your order at any time throughout the month up until the day it's due.

Yes! Order early for specialty items
We are happy to get anything you might like but keep in mind, we need time to get something that's not in stock. If you like specialty brands of frozen, please try to order by Friday at 9am the week before your delivery so we can make sure we have what you want.

On our 'Rewards & Deals' tab on the website you can view your frequent buyers and monthly offers page. If you do not have an account linked, make sure you are logged into our website and select link account on loyalty page.

On the checkout page

When you have finished shopping and selected your delivery route location and date you procced to the check out screen. Once on this page, there will a check box with store credit that will allow you to redeem the amount. Once the check box is selected, the amount will come off your order and you can place you credit card information in below.

We deliver to every location on our route once a month

Some locations we deliver to similar cities to try and offer the service to your area multiple times. You can view our delivery route schedule on our website at any time throughout the year.
