New to Raw Rations? Here’s some tips to working with us!

We offer a 2400 square foot retail store based in Sauk City WI, Nationwide Shipping, or we offer 8 convenient monthly delivery routes around Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. We specialize in Raw Pet Food but also offer a large variety of treats, chews, supplements, toys, and more!

-View our Delivery Route schedule HERE-There is no minimum you have to order. 
-The delivery routes occur once a month, on the same day each month (i.e. Third Saturday of the Month)
-We’ll send you a reminder the week of your delivery with final pickup details and which truck will be delivering to you.
-Our truck meets you at the designated address during a 15 minute time window. We unload your products from the truck and your order is fulfilled. 
-If you are going to miss your pick up, you can pick up your order in store, have it held for next month, or have it shipped.
-We reserve the right to charge you a restocking fee and cancel your order if you are a repeat offender of not showing up or letting us know ahead of time.

Frozen Shipping
We specialize in frozen shipping. Our shipping boxes hold up to 45 lbs depending on the product you're looking for and how it fits. If you select your receiving method as Shipping on the home page, you'll be able to shop our items that are currently available for shipping.

Dry Shipping

We can ship any of our dry products we stock! We also are a large dealer of Ruff Land Kennels which we can ship them nationwide.

If there is something you would like shipped that isn't showing shipping options available, please reach out to us. We can put together customer shipments.

-Come visit us at our store, 759 Phillips Blvd, Sauk City, WI 53583. We have a 30×40 freezer in our building so there is no need to call ahead or place an order in advance, all of our products are on site. We would love to meet your pets, bring them with! *leashes are required*

As you can see, we offer MANY different products on our website. Not every product listed is one that we’re able to keep in stock. We’ve noted within the product if it’s a special order item. If we do not stock your item you desire or we’re out of stock, please give us at least a week to order your items in for you.

We understand situations happen. Since our business is based on a "best-foot forward" mentality with pricing, we are unable to absorb card fees from cancelled orders. If you have to cancel an order you've placed we can provide in-store credit for your entire balance. If you prefer to have the amount refunded, it will be minus a 5% processing fee since we unfortunately do not get those fees back from the processors on cancelled orders.
