Refund policy

In-Store

We are happy to take back anything purchased in store. To receive a refund back to your card or in cash, returns must be brought back within (7) days with a receipt. Returns that are brought back with a receipt or proof of purchase after the return window will receive in store credit. Returns must be in original condition and original packaging to quality for a refund. If you purchased an edible item such as food, treats, etc that didn’t work out for you, we require the remaining amount of the item to be brought back in the original package (We need the UPC!) in order to process a credit for you.

Card transactions are subject to a 5% return fee due to the processing fee that is incurred by Raw Rations. Unfortunately, we are unable to get our fee back when we process returns. We can offer a full refund in store credit.

Delivery Route

If something didn’t work out for your pet, we are happy to help you find something that will. Unused items can be returned to the delivery truck on your next delivery (or in store). We ask that you notify us of incoming returns at help@rawrations.com. We will provide in-store credit or a return to your online payment method (minus the 5% processing fee) once the products make it back to our store.

If you change your mind about your order and choose to cancel, we are also happy to help with that. We can do in-store credit or a refund to your card (minus the 5% processing fee). Missed Pickups are subject to the following, if you are unable to make it to the truck we automatically hold your order over for one month and you are able to pick up your order that following month at the same location. Inability to follow this and pick up your order we will cancel and charge a 5% processing fee to refund and cancel your order, delivery route fee is non-refundable. 

Shipping

At this time, we are unable to provide returns for frozen goods purchased. Dry goods can be returned in original condition at the buyer’s expense for a return label. You can receive a refund (minus 5% processing fee) or for store credit at the full amount of the purchase once the item(s) has made it back to our Sauk City store.
