Inert Ingredients: Silica, Isopropyl Myristate, and Limestone
Made with only naturally occurring flea and tick repellents:
Virginia Cedar wood Oil – Known to be repellent to fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes, but completely non-toxic to animals and people. It’s considered to have antiseptic, anti-fungal, and antibacterial properties and to be beneficial for the skin and coat.
Peppermint Oil* - Medicinal, relieves stress, repels insects, and has a natural minty scent.
*Any essential oil, in rare cases, may cause an allergic reaction. However, the oils we use in our Nature’s Protection™ products are at such low levels that the risk of any potential reactions are further eliminated. For cat parents: Cats don’t possess the enzymes glucuronyl transferase and therefore their liver requires more time to eliminate phenolic compounds (which are found in some essential oils) and in medications such as aspirin or acetaminophen. Neither peppermint oil nor Virginia cedar wood oil contain these compounds. Contact your veterinarian for more information.

Your Home
How to apply to carpets & floors
Vacuum the carpet thoroughly. Sprinkle a light coating over area using a broom or carpet rake. Work into the carpet until all the powder is gone. Leave powder on carpet for 3 days then do a light vacuuming to pull out dead fleas. It is important that powder remains in place and settles so eggs and fleas coming out of cocoons will be eliminated as well. If necessary, repeat 3 weeks after the date of first application.
How to apply to Furniture, Flooring, Baseboards & Bedding
Sprinkle a light coating, working into all cracks and crevices. Vacuum or sweep away excess visible powder. Be sure to apply under rugs where the eggs and larvae can accumulate.
How much and how often to use:
- 2 tablespoons per 10 square feet of area. Re-apply, depending on the severity of your flea infestation. One bottle treats approximately 250 square feet.
- If there is still flea activity after 2-3 weeks, re-apply 3 weeks from date of original application.
- If you have a moderate to severe infestation, re-apply in areas your pet frequents every 3- weeks as adult fleas and pupae in cocoons can remain dormant for extended periods of time.
